Each year, the Hampton Bay’s Beautification Association awards its “Angel of the Year.

Congratulations to Jean Waters, HBBA’s Director, received the HBBA 2017  “Angel of the Year” Award for her service as a past officer, director and chairperson of many HBBA events and programs.
