HBBA Meeting Cancellations

Dear HBBA Friends,

We hope you are all safe and healthy. I have spoken to several committee chairs and officers of HBBA and we have concluded we will cancel the Membership Meeting on April 6, May 4, and June 1st, July 6, and August 3,2020. As you should be aware the Hampton Bays Library is closed indefinitely.

We are hopeful we can hold the “Swing Time” 20 Piece Big Band Concert in late August. At the moment only 25 people are permitted to attend events.  It is quite possible we will have to postpone this concert. We surely hope this crisis will be over soon and we can get back to better times.

On a positive note, our hanging flower pots are in place and look wonderful. Our large planted Urns are placed throughout town. The Medians look amazing and the signs are planted as well as the pergola area. Flowers and plants are thriving at the Rain Garden.

I will keep you updated on our e-newsletter, on Facebook or our website www.hbba.net.

Please stay healthy and I will contact you when things change.

Susan von Freddi, President
